VAT is included in our GBP £ prices. If you are suffering from a long-term medical problem you are entitled to claim vat relief. A VAT declaration form will be sent to you. Please complete and sign it and return it to us. Your VAT will be refunded back to you in full. This is a self-certification form.. You do NOT need your GP’s endorsement.
